J/C Wells Real Estate was founded in August, 1984
by Jerry and Carol Wells in a small downtown rented office. After 2 years, we
outgrew this space and decided to build a new building in 1988 at the corner
of Superior and Ohio Streets. We are conveniently located ½ mile north of
Freeway #520 on Highway 17. When you get to the first Stop and Go light, we
are on the North East Corner. We provide excellent service within a radius of
20 miles of Webster City. This area includes the communities of Blairsburg,
Dubcombe, Jewell, Kamrar, Stanhope, Stratford, Williams, and Woolstock. We can
refer clients outside of these areas. We are longtime residents of the community
with a broad knowledge of the area, and a feel for fair market values. |
